Working Together

Our group recently began working together. I just met most of my group this semester. In fact, I spent the first week in a completely different group with different ideas. Now, I am in a group with people who share similar interests as me, and I can help where they are lacking and vice versa.

We work well together. We maintain good communication with each other. The only problem I see with our group is our ridiculously random schedules. Most of us have work, other classes and internships to juggle. Free time is at a minimum for us.

I think that working together with this group will be a lot of fun, as we are enthusiastic about our topic. I think they will teach me a lot. I look forward to working more with this group.

Practice Entry

Baseball season is around the corner. Pitchers and catchers report to spring training within the next few days. Before I know it, the Cubs will be back on TV, and I can go back to religiously watching my favorite baseball team play their hearts out. The dark time between football ending and baseball starting is closing quickly.

Luckily, that dark time has been filled with Blackhawks hockey. Thankfully, games are being televised again. Now, I have my three favorite sports to watch on TV once again. Football, hockey and baseball fill the entire year. At certain times during the year, seasons will overlap. For the first time in years, I have programs to watch year-round.

I am enjoying the second half of the hockey season and looking forward to the start of the baseball season. Watching sports makes me happy. Time flies when I can flip on the TV and catch a game or two. Now, thanks to DVR, I won't miss a game. My obsession with sports will become even worse. Bring on the sports!
